How team sharing works in eNote
Every note in eNote can be shared directly with a teammate by email, with two permission levels: view, so they can read but not touch the content, or edit, so they can contribute alongside you. You stay the owner and can change or revoke access at any time.
If a whole team needs access to a set of notes, you don't have to share them one by one. Share the note group itself, and the same view or edit permission applies to everything inside it — useful for onboarding docs, meeting notes, or a shared project folder that the whole team reads or edits together.
For anything that needs to reach people outside eNote — a client, a candidate, or anyone without an account — turn on a public link for a single note. It gets its own URL and stays readable by anyone with the link, until you turn it off again.
